Very memorable first Umrah + Dubai Türkiye experience. Thank you Khasanah because my Umrah was equipped with Tour Leader Kang Wildan and Muthowif Ustad Didi who were extraordinary🤍, Umrah went alone but during the trip it felt like going as a big family thanks to their guidance, very comfortable, very satisfying and safe during the trip. Hopefully we can return to perform Umrah with Khasanah Travel with the same TL and muthowif😇🙏
First and foremost, I am grateful to be able to perform Umrah and return to my homeland healthy and safe.My Umrah experience with Khasah Travel was less than satisfactory, but all of these shortcomings could be saved by having a good and experienced Tour Leader (Kang Wildan). Kang Wildan really cares about his congregation, he is often absent in case someone is left behind, the information given is clear, the point is he is experienced and knows what must/will be done, so the congregation feels safe.However, here are several things that are important to pay attention to for "potential" Khasanah Travel Umrah pilgrims:1. Check your suitcase carefully. Who knows if the suitcase you received was damaged before you used it, as was my experience. Even though it was finally replaced, it was through arguing first (which shouldn't have been necessary).2. Make sure you prepare additional costs for suitcase wrapping services at the airport, the price ranges from 80 thousand (in Jkt) to 200 thousand in Turkey. Because in my opinion travel suitcases are of low quality. And it was proven that several other pilgrims' suitcases were broken, damaged, broken, etc.3. The most important thing is to make sure your room matches your order. I ordered a double room for an additional fee, but in Makkah-Madinah, my room had 4 beds. The room is small, there are 4 beds, so it's hard to put your suitcases in, and if you want to pray in the room there's no space.4. Also prepare additional costs for moving/upgrading rooms/hotels. Because I had to move hotels at my own expense of around 3.5 million/night, because my hotel room in Medina was not very suitable - even for a 3 star. The room was damp, smelled musty, the floor was dirty, the bed sheet was shabby as if it hadn't been washed, the bathroom was flooded because there was an overflow from the drain, the worst thing was there was no hot water. There was no soap and shampoo and dirty towels, never mind counting, thank God I brought my own. But cleanliness and hot water are essential. I submitted a complaint to TL in the morning (we checked in the night before) and the hotel followed up only for flood drainage, otherwise there was no change until the afternoon. So instead of not being able to rest, I decided to move hotels at my own expense.5. Bring lots of snacks, who knows, you might want to snack/hungry on the bus during the trip/city tour. Because of so many bus trips, as far as I remember, only 1 loaf of bread was distributed twice ;)The rest of the experience in Turkey was enjoyable and as expected.God willing, what I said above is what I actually experienced, so that it doesn't become slander. Purely for input to make improvements and be careful for all of us. Thank You.

The facilities provided are very good, from accommodation to transportation, everything is very well organized. The schedule was very good, there were no obstacles and it went according to plan. All the expected things have been fulfilled perfectly. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the service provided, and will definitely use this service again in the future!Scoring:Administration and Registration Process: 5/5 – Very clear and easy to understand, proof of payment is complete and original, no problems during the registration process.Transportation: 5/5 – The car used was very comfortable and on time, the trip was smooth.Hotel: 4/5 – Clean and comfortable rooms, especially in Türkiye the hotels are really comfortable! Thank you khasanah travel for providing a very good and comfortable first Umrah experience with your family. The facilities provided are super comfortable, the Mecca hotel is at the Zam Zam Tower, get off the hotel directly and arrive at the mosque grounds. Mutowif (ust Jawahir) guides the worship well, is informative and is able to make each series of worship solemn. Lastly, thank you very much for the best TL, Irwan, who quickly serves every congregation. Even though at the beginning of the exam the suitcase was left behind in Doha, but God willing, it was handled right away and the suitcase arrived intact 👍🏻. Even during sa'i the older parents actually followed from behind so they didn't worry about missing the group. Basically 5 stars for travel treasures ❤️Hopefully we can return to Umrah with our travel treasures 🫶🏻
Alhamdulillah, the first Umrah using Khasanah travel was very memorable, starting from the TL, Neng Cinta Putri and Muthowif, Mas Fatih, were very helpful in serving in Makkah and Madinah, we focused on worship regarding content and documentation. Sukron Kang Wildan Umrah + Dubai + Türkiye which is really amazing.Kang Wildan doesn't get bored all the time reminding his congregation. I told my friends about the affordable price but masyaallah it was very satisfying. Friends can't believe that we stayed in Türkiye twice. Hotels in Mecca and Medina are also quite close. Especially in Medina, it's very close. Unfortunately, when I was in Türkiye I only bought 1 hat. Regret it. Hopefully one day we can go on another VIP Umrah. Amen!

Alhamdulillah, Allahul Kariim was given the good fortune to join the Khasanah Travel umrah group 19 September 2024. It was truly a memorable pilgrimage trip, because the hotel distance, both in Medina and in Mecca, was very close to the mosque. Crossing the road will reach the Nabawi Mosque, going down the elevator will reach the Grand Mosque, so you can pray fardhu and sunnah prayers at the mosque with the best rows. Thank God, the whole family was able to go on Umrah accompanied by a travel experience which was very helpful during the journey from Jakarta to Medina to Mecca until returning to Indonesia. During the trip we were accompanied by a tour leader who, thank God, was very kind, cared about everyone, always gave information and helped, reminded us and always encouraged us all to be kind, thank you very much, Mr. Salman. Alhamdulillah, my first Umrah experience, I got a super recommended Umrah trip... plus I got the TL of Brother Salman and his muthowif, Ust Didi, so my first Umrah experience was even more memorable... from the start, I was very patient with the congregation from old to young... because of that. Most of the young people want it 😂 but thank God, Sis Salman and Ust Didi are very patient people... so we as a congregation really enjoyed the worship as well as the walk...9 days were very memorable even though the schedule was tight but because of Sis Salman and Ust Didi our enthusiasm as a congregation also increased..Brother Salman is really good at capturing moments and making videos so that the congregation can focus on worship, but the content is still ongoing 🥹😂.. we were also invited to several places that are going viral in Mecca and Medina.. it was really my family and I's first Umrah experience that we will never forget. 🥹🥹..

My trip to Egypt-Palestine-Jordan was all too well. Choices of hotel were nice & transport was comfy. Worth the pennies. Specially mas Wildan as the guide did his best (my group was stacked by energetic elders and he managed to guide us responsibly well.) Best price for Egypt-Palestine-Jordan trip.
Would like to express my highest gratitude to all people behind Khasanah Travel, which somehow gave me a very smooth experience from registration part until safely landed in Indonesia.This is my first time conducting Umroh and moreover Im doing it alone, but under amazing team leader (Mas Anang) and also full direction from Ustadz from Khasanah Travel (Ustadz Faiz), just couldnt ask for a better one. The environment was very caring, supportive, fulfilling, and youth (lots of fun and enjoyable moments, and of course dozens of instagramable pictures/videos).Once again, thank you and will definitely recommend this travel to everyone.
